Replenishing cellular levels of NAD+ via intravenous treatment has proven to repair DNA, protect brain cells from damage, reduce inflammation, and turn on enzymes that help prevent aging.
Studies have shown that the coenzyme known as NAD slows the aging process restores neurologic function, and improves mental clarity and the body’s overall health. NAD stands for "nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD)." This chemical occurs naturally in the body and contributes to the chemical process that generates energy." This chemical occurs naturally in the body and plays a role in the chemical process that generates energy.

Seeking to restore muscle strength and function
NAD+ may also help improve muscle function and recovery as you age. One study found that depleted levels of NAD+ had a "dramatic" drop in muscle strength and endurance, implying that NAD+ is a critical component in muscle function and recovery .
Once NAD+ Infusion begins, precursors lead to enhanced DNA repair and the health of muscle tissue within the first week.
NAD+ is one of the most critical factors in the human body for energy which helps our systems use food and exercise for strength and stamina
The brain requires a constant supply of oxygen and glucose to generate energy for healthy function. Despite its small size, the brain consumes approximately 20% of the entire body’s oxygen supply. Given its energetic requirements, it should be no surprise that researchers are increasingly making connections between the brain and mitochondrial health (mitochondria are “power horse” organelles found in most cells and are responsible for cellular respiration and energy production).
There are many internal and external ways our DNA gets damaged. Some examples include spontaneous conversions, replications errors, exposure to free radicals, etc. This damage contributes to aging and puts us at a high risk of developing various cancers. DNA repair is the most critical factor for cell survival and cancer prevention. But unfortunately, as we age, our cells become less efficient at correcting DNA damage. Currently, scientists don’t understand why DNA repair declines with age.
But we have exciting news! A recent scientific discovery reveals a promising solution to this critical issue of aging. Scientists at Harvard Medical School have found a way to reverse the accumulation of DNA damage. An article in the latest science issue explains how NAD+ regulates protein-protein interactions in DNA repair.
“We recently showed that raising NAD levels in mice can reverse aspects of aging within just one week of treatment,” said David Sinclair, Ph.D., professor of genetics at Harvard University.
Nad, given in the form of an I.V, infuses the body with crucial nutrients to energize, detox, and aid the body in all of its energy requirements. You can choose a lite version to start, which takes about 90 minutes, or select a regimen from our other NAD options to help those who need an increased dosage.

Scientists have known about the vital role of NAD+ for more than a century. We knew it was an essential coenzyme in every living cell and that our cells need NAD+ just as our bodies need oxygen. We also learned that lower NAD+ levels are linked to age and, in turn to the progression of age-related health problems. But we didn’t know how to get our cells to produce more of it.
What is NAD?
NAD stands for Nicotinamide (nick-o-tin-a-mide), Adenine (ad-a-nine) Dinucleotide (di-nuke-lee-a-tide). It is an essential molecule found in every cell of your body; a coenzyme of Vitamin B3 (niacin), which means it’s a small helper molecule that binds to a protein molecule to activate an enzyme. Enzymes are responsible for over 5,000 different biochemical reactions throughout the body, and NAD participates in more responses than any other vitamin-derived molecule. NAD is the building block of a healthy body that the brain, internal organs, and neurological systems need to function optimally.
Why is NAD essential?
As we age, our NAD levels decline. Addiction, depression, stress, and illness also deplete our NAD+ levels. A significant increase in NAD levels helps to restore brain functionality. As a result, patients have experienced increased clarity of mind, better problem-solving ability, improved focus, and concentration, increased energy, improved mood, decreased anxiety levels, and reduced cravings. This revolutionary alternative treatment heals brain-destroying diseases such as alcoholism, addiction, chronic stress, depression, and anxiety.
What does NAD do?
NAD is needed for metabolic functions in all the cells in your body, including your brain. Scientists have shown that NAD significantly decreases as we age, so it’s beneficial to replenish NAD levels so your body can function optimally. NAD is involved in these roles throughout the body:
1. Energy production (ATP): NAD helps cells convert food into energy by acting as an electron transporter during cell metabolism.
2. DNA repair: A constant supply of NAD is needed to activate PARPs, which detect and repair damaged DNA.
3. Gene expression: Your body has a class of proteins that help regulate specific metabolic pathways and genetic interpretations. Sirtuins are NAD-dependent; the more sirtuin activity, the better for health and longevity. Increased sirtuin activity can help boost metabolism, decrease inflammation, extend cell life, and prevent neurodegeneration.
4. Cell signaling: NAD is also released from the intercellular space to the extracellular space for communication. Research is revealing that NAD and ATP may alert the immune response when the cell is under stress or inflammation.
5. Neurotransmitter: Although more research still needs to be conducted, in some instances, NAD+ meets the pre-and postsynaptic criteria for a neurotransmitter. NAD is released from smooth muscle, neurosecretory cells, and brain synaptosomes for cell-to-cell communication.
6. Enzyme activity: NAD is used in processes such as metabolizing alcohol and converting lactate to pyruvate in the body.
What is NAD Therapy?
NAD Therapy involves a high dose of intravenous infusion of NAD that goes straight into the bloodstream. IV therapy allows NAD to bypass the digestive system for better absorption. NAD works rapidly to repair cells throughout the body and neurons in the brain. When your NAD levels are increased, your cells produce more energy; your good genes are “turned on,” DNA is repaired, and many other functions are optimized. Since NAD is such an influential and prolific molecule in the body, high-dose IV therapy can be helpful for many different conditions.
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) is a coenzyme found in all living cells. The compound is a dinucleotide with two nucleotides joined through their phosphate groups. One nucleotide contains an adenine base and the other nicotinamide. Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is an oxidized and reduced form abbreviated NAD+ and NADH, respectively. In metabolism, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is involved in redox reactions, carrying electrons from one response to another. The coenzyme is, therefore, found in two forms in cells: NAD+ is an oxidizing agent – it accepts electrons from other molecules and becomes reduced. This reaction forms NADH, which can then be used as a reducing agent to donate electrons. These electron transfer reactions are the primary function of NAD. However, it is also used in other cellular processes, most notably as a substrate of enzymes that add or remove chemical groups from proteins in posttranslational modifications. Because of the importance of these functions, the enzymes involved in NAD metabolism are targets for drug discovery. In organisms, NAD can be synthesized from simple building blocks (de novo) from the amino acids tryptophan or aspartic acid. In an alternative fashion, more complex components of the coenzymes are taken up from food, such as niacin. Similar compounds are released by reactions that break down the structure of NAD. These preformed components then pass through a salvage pathway that recycles them back into their active form. Some NAD is converted into nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP); the chemistry of this related coenzyme is similar to that of NAD, but it has different roles in metabolism.
