Planning Mobile IV Therapy for a Las Vegas Hotel Stay or Group
A mobile IV request is easier to coordinate when the clinic has clear location, scheduling, and guest information. For a hotel stay or group event in Las Vegas, a little preparation helps our team confirm whether the visit can be arranged.
This planning checklist focuses on the logistics of an approved mobile appointment. Treatment eligibility is still assessed individually; a group reservation does not approve an infusion for every guest.

Hotel access and a suitable appointment space
Tell the team about entry restrictions or requirements at your hotel or event venue. Do not assume every property permits the same access. Availability depends on location, staffing, timing, and clinical review.
Plan a suitable place for the approved appointment and allow time for screening, setup, administration, and aftercare. Confirm the expected duration of the selected infusion rather than scheduling it immediately before a checkout, flight, or event.
Each guest completes their own clinical review
The group coordinator can arrange logistics, but medical history, medications, allergies, and symptoms need to be reviewed for each person. Guests may receive different recommendations, and some may not be eligible for treatment.
Do not collect sensitive medical details in a group chat. Ask the clinic how each participant should provide information privately. Tell the team early if any guest has significant health concerns that may affect suitability.
How to estimate group mobile pricing
The selected infusion prices are added together, then any applicable group discount is applied to those infusion charges. Groups of 5 or more receive 10% off; groups of 10 or more receive 15% off. One $100 dispatch fee is added per group visit.
For five guests selecting $85 Rehydrate infusions, the starting infusion total is $425. After 10% off, it is $382.50. Adding the shared $100 dispatch fee gives $482.50 total, or $96.50 per guest if divided equally. Final treatment choices and pricing must be confirmed.
A group discount is based on guest count. It is different from a prepaid package or membership. We are private pay and do not accept insurance.
What arrives with the mobile team?
Infusions are prepared in our clinic's sterile laboratory before dispatch. They are not mixed in the hotel room, home, office, or event space. A licensed Registered Nurse or medical practitioner administers and monitors the approved infusion.
Our clinic has served Las Vegas since 2015 and is located near the Sphere and Wynn. Mobile service is generally available within approximately 10 miles of the clinic; ask about locations farther away.
Confirm changes before the appointment
Contact the clinic if your location, room number, guest count, or requested treatments change. Review the mobile cancellation policy when booking: at least 24 hours' notice is required, or the $100 dispatch fee is non-refundable.
