IV Vitamin Therapy Clinic provides in-clinic and mobile IV therapy and wellness services. Because our services involve scheduled appointments, prepared IV ingredients, medical supplies, and treatments administered by licensed medical professionals, the following return, refund, and cancellation policies apply.

Completed Services

All completed IV infusions, injections, and wellness treatments are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except as required by applicable law.

Refund requests for prepaid services that have not yet been provided may be reviewed by the Clinic. Approved refunds, credits, or rescheduling requests are handled according to Clinic policy and applicable law.

Mobile IV Cancellations

Mobile IV appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the $100 mobile dispatch fee being non-refundable.

This fee helps cover scheduling, preparation, nursing arrangements, and mobile dispatch expenses.

Packages & Punch Cards

All IV therapy packages and punch cards are considered final once the first infusion from the package has been administered.

After the first infusion is used, the package cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, including any remaining unused treatments, except where required by law.

Requests involving completely unused packages may be reviewed by the Clinic before any services have been provided.

Monthly Memberships

Recurring Billing and Minimum Commitment

All monthly memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive monthly billing cycles.

By enrolling, the Member authorizes automatic recurring monthly charges to the payment method on file until the membership is properly canceled.

After the initial three-month commitment, the membership continues monthly until canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

30-Day Membership Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to:

Requests must be received at least 30 calendar days before the next scheduled billing date.

Phone calls, text messages, verbal requests, social media messages, and appointment cancellations do not constitute membership cancellation.

Requests received fewer than 30 days before the next billing date may result in one additional scheduled membership payment before cancellation takes effect. Cancellations are not retroactive.

Early Cancellation and Membership Discount Recovery

Membership pricing is discounted in exchange for the three-month minimum commitment.

If a Member terminates the membership before completing the minimum commitment, the Clinic may recover the actual discount received on treatments already provided, up to the following maximum amounts:

• 1 IV Monthly Membership: $200

• 2 IV Monthly Membership: $400

• 3 IV Monthly Membership: $600

• 4 IV Monthly Membership: $800

Discount recovery is limited to the difference between applicable regular retail pricing and the discounted pricing paid for treatments received. It is not intended as a penalty.

Unused Membership Infusions – Six-Month Expiration

Unused monthly membership infusion credits may be carried forward for up to six (6) months from the date issued.

After six months, unused credits automatically expire and are not eligible for refunds, cash redemption, or extensions, except where required by applicable law.

Membership cancellation does not extend the expiration date of previously issued credits.

Membership Refunds

Membership fees already processed are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to schedule or use available membership benefits does not automatically qualify a Member for a refund.

All treatments remain subject to medical screening, clinical eligibility, and provider approval.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Members who believe a billing error has occurred are encouraged to contact IV Vitamin Therapy Clinic so the matter can be promptly reviewed.

If a membership payment is reversed, returned, or remains unpaid, any unused infusion credits or membership benefits associated with that unpaid charge may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.

If payment is ultimately reversed and remains unpaid, the associated unused benefits may be revoked in accordance with applicable law.

Filing a payment dispute does not automatically result in forfeiture of services or restrict the Member's legal right to dispute a charge.

General Policy

IV Vitamin Therapy Clinic reserves the right to review individual circumstances and approve exceptions when appropriate.

Because our services are provided in person or through mobile medical visits, no return shipping applies.
