Return & Refund Policy

IV Vitamin Therapy Clinic provides clinic-based and mobile wellness services. Because our services involve scheduled appointments, prepared IV ingredients, medical supplies, and treatments administered by licensed staff, completed services are not returnable or exchangeable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for completed IV therapy services, injections, wellness services, or appointment-based treatments.

Refund requests for prepaid services or unused appointments may be reviewed by the clinic before the service is provided. Approved refunds, credits, or rescheduling requests are handled at the clinic’s discretion and according to clinic policy.

No return shipping applies because our services are not physical retail products shipped to customers.

Mobile IV

Mobile IV has to be canceled 24 hours prior, or the $100 dispatch charge is non-refundable.  

 

Packages and Punch cards​

After the first IV is administered out of the package, there are no returns or cancelations.
