Hangover IV Therapy in Las Vegas: What It Can—and Can't—Do

A late night in Las Vegas can leave you looking for the fastest way to feel like yourself again. Before booking a “hangover cure,” it helps to separate a hydration service from promises that no IV can reliably make.
IV Vitamin Therapy Clinic offers clinic and mobile appointments for eligible patients. Our approach starts with screening and a discussion of your symptoms—not a promise that an infusion will instantly erase the effects of alcohol.
A hangover is not only dehydration
The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism's hangover guide explains that dehydration can contribute to symptoms, but disrupted sleep, stomach irritation and inflammation also play roles. Replacing fluids does not address every cause.
That distinction matters when comparing IV advertisements. “Hydration” and “hangover cure” are not interchangeable claims. An infusion may be considered when a clinician determines IV fluids are appropriate, but it cannot guarantee that headache, nausea, fatigue or poor concentration will disappear.
What an IV cannot promise
According to NIAAA, there is no scientifically proven hangover cure other than time. An IV does not establish that you are sober, safe to drive or ready for another night of drinking. Feeling better is not a reliable test of alcohol impairment.
Be cautious with claims about instantly flushing alcohol or toxins away, protecting the liver from a night of drinking, or preventing a hangover if you get an IV before going out. Those are much broader claims than providing fluids to an eligible patient.
Start with your symptoms, not the package
Tell the clinical team when you last drank, what symptoms you have, whether you can keep fluids down, and whether you used any other substances or medications. Accurate information helps the team decide whether a wellness appointment is appropriate.
Do not minimize symptoms to keep a reservation. If your condition needs urgent evaluation, the right next step may be medical care outside a routine IV service.

Know when not to wait for a mobile visit
Severe symptoms should not be treated as an ordinary inconvenience after a night out. MedlinePlus lists confusion, fainting, lack of urination, rapid heartbeat and rapid breathing among signs that require prompt medical attention.
If someone is unconscious, difficult to wake or having trouble breathing, call 911. Do not wait for a hotel IV appointment or assume the person just needs to sleep.
For milder symptoms, discuss whether oral fluids, food as tolerated and rest are sufficient. An IV is not automatically necessary simply because you have a busy schedule.
Clinic-based care, with a mobile option
IV Vitamin Therapy Clinic has served Las Vegas since 2015. Our physical clinic is at 3790 Paradise Road, Suite 140, near the Sphere and Wynn. You can visit the clinic or request mobile care at your hotel, home or event, subject to screening and availability.
Our mobile infusions are sterile laboratory-prepared before dispatch rather than mixed at your bedside. Licensed RNs and medical practitioners administer care, and you have a clinic contact for questions afterward. These practical details are worth comparing alongside convenience and price.
Understand the quote before booking
Our published menu currently lists hangover infusion options starting at $120. Mobile visits add one $100 dispatch fee per group visit. Formulations and final prices vary; confirm the selected treatment and total before proceeding.
Booking as a group does not mean everyone should receive the same infusion. Each person should disclose their own history and be assessed individually. See our group booking page for current arrangements.
Make an informed choice
Ask what is included, why it is being recommended, what results are realistic and what symptoms should lead you to seek other care. A responsible conversation leaves room for “an IV may not be needed.”
