Our clinic near the Sphere and Wynn is the home base for in-clinic care and mobile IV appointments.

Before our nurse arrives at your Las Vegas hotel or home, your infusion has already been prepared in our on-site sterile laboratory. Behind that appointment is IV Vitamin Therapy Clinic: an established local company, a licensed clinical team, and a history of caring for people since 2015.

A mobile IV visit should come with a clear understanding of the clinic behind it. Where was the infusion prepared? Who will administer it? Who considers your health history before treatment? Our answers connect the work inside our laboratory with the personal care you receive at your chosen location.

Built on science, pharmacy, and firsthand patient experience

Founder Kolt Strebel brought a background in biochemistry and molecular biology to the company. His father’s work as a compounding pharmacist introduced him to the precision and responsibility involved in preparing medications. His brother, Dr. Kord Strebel, contributed medical input during the clinic’s early development; the first clinic was built inside his brother’s Pinto Lane practice.

Those roots shaped a practical approach to IV care: understand the ingredients, take preparation seriously, and consider the person receiving them. Kolt’s own experience as a patient reinforced the importance of listening, explaining, and treating people with compassion. Our founder’s story explains the family and scientific background behind that commitment.

That pioneering spirit continues in the way we connect a dedicated clinic and laboratory with mobile service throughout Las Vegas. The convenience of an appointment at home begins with the work of an established clinical team.

The laboratory is part of every mobile appointment

All our infusions are prepared in our sterile laboratory before administration or mobile dispatch. Our mobile teams bring prepared infusions to the appointment. We do not mix IV bags at the bedside in hotel rooms, homes, offices, or event spaces.

For someone comparing mobile providers, this is a useful detail to establish before booking. Preparation is part of the service even when it happens outside your view. Ask where the formulation is prepared and who is responsible for administering it; those answers should be as clear as the appointment location and price.

At our clinic, licensed Registered Nurses and medical practitioners administer care. Individual screening remains part of the visit: health history, current medications, and treatment suitability need consideration before an infusion. A familiar formulation or a previous appointment does not replace a conversation about changes in your health.

Five years of #1 nominations—and a city of different people

IV Vitamin Therapy Clinic has received nominations as a #1 IV therapy provider in Las Vegas for five consecutive years. That recognition sits alongside a patient community that reflects the city itself: world-famous athletes, sports teams, UFC fighters, singers, musicians, comedians, doctors, nurses, medical teams, and civic leaders, including mayors and governors.

The same welcome extends to a local resident making time between shifts, a visitor staying near the Strip, or someone arriving with a friend. A public profile does not change the care a person deserves. Discretion, clear explanations, and individual attention belong in every appointment.

Our Las Vegas clinic comes to you

Our Mobile IV service extends clinic care to hotels, homes, offices, and private events across Las Vegas. Community groups can contact us to discuss an appropriate private appointment setting. Each visit remains subject to individual clinical screening and confirmed availability.

For a hotel visit, share the property name and room number when available. For a home or community setting, provide the full address, access instructions, preferred time, and guest count. Our team confirms the appointment details and final pricing; an online request alone is not a confirmed booking.

Group bookings with care for each guest

Friends, families, teams, and organizations can coordinate Group Bookings at our clinic or a suitable mobile location. One person can organize the logistics while each participant discusses their own health information with the clinical team. The group shares a setting; treatment decisions remain individual.

Mobile visits carry one $100 dispatch fee per group visit, in addition to infusion charges. Current group discounts are 10% for five or more guests and 15% for ten or more. Ask for a confirmed quote for your chosen services and location.

Visit us near the Sphere and Wynn, or call or text 702-966-2440 to discuss mobile care. Tell us what you would like to arrange, and we will help you understand the options, preparation, and next steps.
