Since 2015, IV Vitamin Therapy Clinic has brought together laboratory-prepared infusions, licensed clinical care, and personal attention in Las Vegas. More than a decade of serving local residents and visitors has shaped a company with deep roots in science, pharmacy, and the patient experience.

Our pioneering spirit is grounded in a clear commitment: bring scientific curiosity, thoughtful preparation, and personal attention to IV care. That commitment connects our clinic near the Sphere and Wynn with our mobile teams serving Las Vegas hotels, homes, and private events.

A foundation in science. A responsibility to people.

Founder Kolt Strebel’s background in biochemistry and molecular biology, together with a family rooted in pharmacy and medicine, helped shape the company from its earliest days. His father’s work as a compounding pharmacist brought an appreciation for precision and preparation. His own experience as a patient deepened his understanding of how much it matters to be heard.

More than a decade later, our purpose remains practical and personal: give people a welcoming place to ask questions, understand their options, and receive care from licensed medical professionals when treatment is appropriate.

People from all walks of life. Personal attention for each.

People from all walks of life are part of our clinic’s story.

Las Vegas brings together people with very different lives. Our patients have included local residents, visitors, healthcare professionals, athletes, performers, and people balancing demanding work and family schedules.

Some know exactly what they want to discuss. Others arrive with a simpler question: “What would make sense for me?” Both deserve time, clear explanations, and respect.

The quality of that experience begins with how someone is welcomed and continues through the clinical conversation. A first-time visitor, a returning patient, and a guest attending with friends each deserve care that recognizes them as an individual.

The first step is understanding you

Before care, our clinical team reviews medical history, current medications, and treatment eligibility. Some services call for recent laboratory results or additional practitioner review. Those steps help the team decide whether an infusion, its ingredients, and its dose fit the person requesting it.

Tell us about recent changes in your health and the goals that brought you in. Questions are welcome. So is an honest conversation about whether another form of care would be more appropriate.

Preparation is part of the quality you receive

Our infusions are prepared in our sterile laboratory before administration or mobile dispatch. Mobile teams bring prepared infusions to the appointment; we do not mix IV bags at the bedside in hotel rooms, homes, offices, or event spaces.

That preparation is one part of a wider clinical process. Licensed Registered Nurses or medical practitioners administer and monitor treatment using established protocols. Screening, preparation, and attention during the visit each serve a purpose. Together, they make the work behind the infusion as important as the experience in the chair.

Well-being deserves a thoughtful conversation

People often ask about hydration, physical well-being, immune function, energy, or mood. These are meaningful concerns, and our approach starts with understanding the individual rather than assuming that one formula fits every goal.

Nutrients do play important roles in the body. Vitamin C contributes to normal immune function, while vitamin B12 supports nerve and blood-cell health. A B12 deficiency can contribute to fatigue and other symptoms. Those facts help guide useful questions; they do not establish that an elective vitamin IV will improve energy, mood, or immunity in every patient. NIH notes that B12 supplementation does not provide an energy benefit to people who already get enough B12.

Clear expectations are part of quality care. Our team’s role is to discuss suitability and options, while persistent fatigue or mood symptoms deserve appropriate medical evaluation.

Mobile IV: our clinical process travels with us

Mobile IV visits bring individual care to Las Vegas hotels, homes, and private groups.

A hotel stay, a demanding itinerary, or a preference for a private setting can make a mobile appointment appealing. Our Mobile IV service brings licensed clinical care to eligible patients at Las Vegas hotels, homes, offices, and private events, subject to availability and clinical approval.

The location changes; individual review and laboratory preparation remain part of the process. Your appointment begins with sharing your history and discussing eligibility. Prepared infusions are then brought to the visit for administration and monitoring.

Group bookings, with room for individual needs

Friends, families, teams, and organizations can coordinate appointments at our clinic or through Mobile IV. Our team helps plan the visit while considering each guest individually. People attending together may have different medical histories, goals, and treatment recommendations.

Share the group size, preferred location, and desired appointment time when requesting arrangements. The clinic can explain availability, the appropriate options, and a complete estimate, including any mobile dispatch fee.

Plan a Group Booking with our team.
